The property is accessed via footbridge leading to a covered loggia, with the main garden to the rear, which is separated by a small waterway, with second garden area leading to the shoreline of Somerford lagoon.
The master bedroom boasts a private balcony with bistro table to sit and relax whilst enjoying views across the lagoon. The second two bedrooms on the first floor also have private balconies.
