Please note there are no water based activities between November and February for health and safety reasons i.e. low water temperature, bikes will be available all year round.
With 5 bedrooms and set only a short walk to the spa and onsite man made beach, this is the largest plot on the estate which benefits from ample parking and large gardens that stretch to the waters’ edge with a private jetty. This is the ideal holiday venue for all to enjoy.

For those wishing to relax and watch a film or keep up with the news and sport there is a separate TV room with L shaped settee, coffee table, fitted cupboard, wall mounted TV and with the dual aspect floor to ceiling slide away patio you can still enjoy the views and access the decking patio. On the ground floor you will also find a W/C and utility room.

Beyond the decking the gardens are lawned and stretch down to Beaumont Lake, where you can access lake swimming or use the private jetty for water sports such as canoeing or paddle boarding.
