Description

We are thrilled to be able to offer this unique property that encompasses two separate holiday homes linked via a fantastic Games Room in BV2. The perfect property for two families wanting their own space but with the ability to relax and enjoy your time together too.You will also have access to the Hurricane Spa with a rooftop bar, heated swimming pool, gym and sauna.

This property also benefits from full access to the Activity Hub Membership (subject to completion of safety induction prior to arrival) included in the cost of the accommodation providing you with complimentary access to bikes, canoes, kayaks and stand up paddle boards during your stay

Please note there are no water based activities between November and February for health and safety reasons i.e. low water temperature, bikes will be available all year round.

Number 2 Beaumont Village

Lounge/Kitchen/Dining

Comfortably furnished to a high standard with a beautiful log burner for those cold Winter evenings. Bi-fold patio doors from the living area lead on to the decking.

There is a dining area for six people and a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar peninsula.

Games Room

This property offers a fantastic games area with bean bags, TV and X-Box with a brilliant variety of games.

There is also a downstairs cloakroom.

The property is linked via the games room to number 3 Beaumont Village

Lounge/Kitchen/Dining

To the first floor , each property has a master bedroom accommodating of a  king-size bed with en-suite shower room. There is also a twin bedroom, a further bunk bed room and family bathroom with separate bath and walk in shower in each property.

Outside

Each property has a drive that will take 2/3 cars to the side and rear along with decking to the rear extending to lawned area which in turn extends to wildlife ponds and the hedgerows beyond.

Good to know

Use of spa and outdoor swimming pool included (contact Spa directly for opening times)

One dog allowed to the ground floor only.

Towels and bed linen provided (if you suffer with allergies please contact the office for further information).

Travel cot, stairgate and highchair provided, however guests must bring their own linen for the travel cot.

Wi-Fi included.

N.B Silverlake is part of a growing development. Although building works are now complete in Beaumont Village, landscaping works may be ongoing. For further information please contact a member of the team.
