Conveniently located within Beaumont Village this bright and spacious four bed cottage is the ideal property for you and your family to enjoy the Silverlake nature reserve and spa facilities. Being a short walk to Beaumont Lake and paths that can take you off round the lake to other trails, playground and zip wire this is ideal spot to take the family exploring. The property has its own drive with parking for two cars and a boat store to keep bikes and outdoor equipment in.
Onsite access to water sports equipment and bikes are only available to guests staying at properties with an ‘Activity Hub Membership’. These properties are marked with a canoe symbol on our properties page and have details listed in the overview. At this time, casual hire of equipment is not available onsite, however guests may bring their own
The generous ground floor accommodation is open plan with the living room having triple aspect windows, sumptuous sofas, bi-fold doors onto decking for the summer and a wood burning stove for the winter. The house can comfortably accommodate eight adult guests to dine inside or out, depending on your mood. While the charcoal BBQ fires up you can enjoy a game of giant jenga or quoits or simply sit back and enjoy the views of the pond and heathland beyond.
The kitchen is well equipped and ideal for family meals. It comes complete with: five ring induction range, two ovens (one with rotisserie and grill), a 4-slice toaster, microwave, dishwasher, tall fridge/freezer and kettle. There is everything you need by way of kitchen utensils, crockery and glasses with holiday treats inlcuding a BBQ pizza oven, pancake pan and lolly pop moulds. Additional work space is available on the island unit that separates the dining area from the main kitchen area. There is a ground floor cloakroom/laundry room which house low level toilet, wash basin, fitted cupboards and a washer/dryer.
Sleeping up to nine people in comfort this property has two king sized bedrooms each with their own en-suite shower room and toilet. Bedroom 3 has a double bed with high sleeper bunk and bedroom 4 has extra long bunk beds. There is a family bathroom, with bath and shower over. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
Good to know
Due to essential maintenance that needs to be completed, the swimming pool at the Hurricane Spa will be closed from 8am on Monday 7th October until 9am Saturday 12th October

Travel cot and child and baby highchairs provided, however guests must bring their own linen for the travel cot.
