Overview
This highly individual property commands a stunning south facing shoreline position offering far reaching views across Beaumont Lake.

 

This property is teamed with modern architecture, creating the ideal contemporary but cosy ambience. With the bonus of fully enclosed secluded decking area, private canoe launch platform, extensive sun deck, double garden hammock and private pond shared with resident ducks; this truly is a showstopper of a house.

Please Note: The property has a roof top hot tub which is for owner use only and not available for rental guest use.

Access to the Hurricane Terrace bar, heated outdoor pool and activity equipment is included with this property; offering plenty to do while staying at Silverlake, Dorset. Inclusive equipment hire includes bikes, e-bikes and water equipment such as paddleboards and canoes. Subject to availability.

Temporary spa closure 15th-26th April

During this time, the Hurricane Spa and outdoor pool will be closed for necessary maintenance. The Hurricane Terrace and gym will be open at weekends, with access via the external side entrance. Guests will still have use of the inclusive activity equipment during their stay. We apologise for any inconvenience.

The accommodation provides spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with floor to ceiling glass patio doors and windows create a spacious, light area, to relax and entertain your guests.

This property also benefits from a study fitted with a double sofa bed, smart TV with integral BT Sports.

The master bedroom provides access to balcony decking offering panoramic views over Beaumont Lake complete with king size bed with built in TV, touch sensitive reading lights and ensuite with large shower and rainmaker head.  There is a second king size bedroom with breakfast balcony with an ensuite shower room with illuminated cabinet. You will also find a twin bedroom and a further bedroom with a pull out truckle bed, providing further twin beds

There is also a good sized family bathroom with a shower over bath with the added bonus of an illuminated cabinet with Bluetooth speakers within.

On the ground floor there is casual dining furniture and a charcoal BBQ.

From the first floor there are stairs to the roof terrace with ample furniture for casual outdoor dining and views across all of the Estate and Nature Reserve. The roof terrace also benefits from a large gas BBQ.

Check in is from 4pm. Check out at 10am.

The property is self-catered. The house is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery.

Essentials such as bin liners, dishwasher tablets and basic cleaning supplies are provided for you. Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided, if you suffer from allergies please contact the office for further information.

Your property is on the first village on the Estate, Beaumont Village. Follow the road to the bottom of the village and you will see Driftwood (Beaumont Village 9) on the edge of the lake. There is parking directly outside the property, you will see the key safe to the house by the front door for access.
