Kirrin Barn is a luxury airey and bright barn style property arranged over three floors that will spoil you for space and relaxed family enjoyment. Having a great outlook over Beaumont Lake to the ridge and Dorset countryside beyond the views increase as you move from floor to floor. Set in the heart of the village but only a short walk to the spa this is the ideal location to make a family holiday to remember.
This property also benefits from full access to the Activity Hub Membership (subject to completion of safety induction prior to arrival) included in the cost of the accommodation providing you with complimentary access to bikes, canoes, kayaks and stand up paddle boards during your stay.
Please note there are no water based activities between November and February for health and safety reasons i.e. low water temperature, bikes will be available all year round.
The large L-shaped lounge/dining room can adequately cater for up to twelve people and benefits from slide away patio doors to a large decking area overlooking Beaumont Lake. Open plan yet separated from the lounge by the breakfast bar peninsula, the kitchen offers all you need to keep the family fully fuelled for days of adventure. Gas hob, electric oven, ample cupboards, utensils and crockery. Dishwasher-Fridge-Freezer-Kettle-Toaster. There is a separate utility room with additional fridge and freezer along with washing machine and laundry facilities. There is also a downstairs Shower room WC.
There are four spacious bedrooms, all beautifully appointed with a mixture of fitted and free standing furniture. The master bedroom extends the full width of the property and has slide away patio doors to a similar full width balcony, complementing this is a super king size bed and en-suite shower room. The second bedroom is also spacious with a king size bed and en-suite shower room. The third bedroom has a king size bed with a separate bathroom with bath and shower. The fourth bedroom is of good size offering 2 bunk beds, sleeping 4, and a separate bathroom with bath and shower. On the second floor we find a full width lounge/bedroom with two double sofa beds giving a fifth bedroom or second lounge.
The ground floor decking boasts an array of sofa style seating and coffee tables making this the ideal spot for socialising.
