Built for relaxation, this unique holiday cottage of award winning design, that maximises natural daylight throughout is a must for those wishing to escape everyday hum drum. Having a Southerly aspect and situated on the edge of Beaumont Village, adjacent to Beaumont Lake this is the ideal holiday location.
This property also benefits from full access to the Activity Hub Membership (subject to completion of safety induction prior to arrival) included in the cost of the accommodation providing you with complimentary access to bikes, canoes, kayaks and stand up paddle boards during your stay. For your own safety water sports equipment will be unavailable if the water temperature is below 12 degrees.
The open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen are spacious and bright with dual aspect slide away patio doors catching all that is good of the views over the lake to the trees and woodland beyond. You can comfortably accommodate eight people, to dine, relax or pull up a chair on the decking whilst firing up the BBQ.
The kitchen is well equipped with ample work surfaces over expertly designed and laid out storage cupboards and drawers. A work station island offers further work space and a link to the dining area. With a built in oven and microwave complemented by an induction hob and toaster you can rustle up all the food the family crave. The dishwasher takes the strain when it comes to clearing up giving you maximum time to soak up the atmosphere. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and inset stainless steel sink unit.
There is a double bedroom located on the ground floor with a shower room opposite all on the flat and suitable for disabled access. A further three bedrooms are located on the first floor all accessed from the gallery landing. These comprise the super king master bedroom and en-suite shower room and a further two bedrooms one having two single beds and the final one having a set of bunk beds. These are both served by a bathroom with shower fitted.

Good to know
Due to essential maintenance that needs to be completed, the swimming pool at the Hurricane Spa will be closed from 8am on Monday 7th October until 9am Saturday 12th October

Travel cot and highchair provided, however guests must bring their own linen for the travel cot.
