Recently completed, with fantastic interiors and direct lake access so you and the family can jump straight onto the lake and kayak away your worries.

A five-bedroom property situated in an enviable south facing lakeside position with its own private jetty onto Minety Lake. It is a stunning example of modern architecture combined with all the benefits from residing in a gated community, offering an on-site Spa facility, Restaurant and Nature Reserve.

Located in an area where construction is a possibility between the hours of 0730-1700, Monday-Friday.  We do not envisage that this will be disruptive to your stay at Lower Mill, but if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch with a member of the Habitat Escapes Team

The centre piece of the open plan living room, dining area and kitchen is a beautiful wood burning stove where you can sit and enjoy a moment of peace whilst appreciating south facing views across Minety Lake. This area, with SONOS sound system, a fantastically equipped kitchen and dining for twelve provides the perfect area for entertaining guests. On the ground floor, there is a further TV room which can double up as an extra bedroom along with a ground floor bathroom.

To the first floor there are two ensuite king-size bedrooms and a bunk bedroom, a further king size bedroom, family bathroom and the lakeside Master Bedroom with ensuite.

Fully glazed rear and side bi-folding doors on the ground floor – a wonderful addition in the summer months, leading onto the rear decking.

  • No pets allowed
  • Travel cot, toddler bed,  baby bath, booster seat and highchair available. Travel cot and high chair available for £10, subject to availability. Please advise at time of booking.
  • Guests to provide own linen and mattress for travel cot.
  • Two Parking Spaces on the driveway, additional cars must display a parking permit which we will provide you and use one of the overflow car parks.
