Dining area adjacent can seat twelve. In the centre of the room  there is an inset wood burning stove for those winter evenings, giving way to the living area which enjoys south facing views across Minety Lake. Fully glazed rear and side bi-folding doors – a wonderful addition in the summer months, leading onto the rear decking. The lounge area consists of 2 x three seater sofa’s and two arm chairs. A coffee table and has the provision of a Sonos sound system .

Bedroom 3: King bedroom to rear  – with 2 split large single beds pushed together, can either be used as a twin or double. Free-standing wardrobe .Access to balcony with views across the lake.

Bedroom 4:  Bunk Room –double bed with single bunk over which will accommodate 3 children or two adults and 1 child . Free-standing chest of drawers.

Family Bathroom – Walk-in shower , wash hand basin and WC. Tiled floor.

Master Bedroom: King-size bedroom overlooking the lake with king bed, built-in wardrobe. En-suite with double walk-in shower, WC and wash hand basin.
