The spacious living and dining area with an air conditioning unit and airy kitchen is located on the second floor, which has access to the full-size roof terrace above.
The large ground floor decking overlooks the lake making it the perfect setting to enjoy a BBQ or alternatively you can sit back and relax as the day unwinds in the private hot tub.
'Reflections' is situated in one of the quieter areas of Lower Mill but only a short 5 minute walk away from the restaurant and tennis courts making it the perfect location to make the most of what Lower Mill has to offer
The ground floor is home to two bedrooms and a family WC. The first bedroom contains a King size bed with a newly refurbished en-suite. The second room presents a newly renovated and uniquely flexible area - this could either be used as a luxury King size bedroom suite, with its own living room and mini-bar area (with en-suite) or used as a separate King size bedroom, family bathroom with a comfortable snug and mini-bar - the perfect place for the kids to hang out and for adults to keep the champagne chilling! The new addition of a sofa-bed within the snug makes this accommodation truly flexible [and possible to sleep 12 on occasion]. Whichever way this room is used, it benefits from direct lakeside access and leads to the generous sized decking with a hot tub and outdoor dining and BBQ facilities. The snug has a Smart TV.

Located on the top floor, you will find the open plan living, dining, and kitchen area providing a fantastic space for all the family and friends to socialise. The airy, fully equipped kitchen offers an oven, microwave oven, induction hob, dishwasher, large free-standing fridge, under-counter fridge, under-counter freezer as well a washing machine/ dryer. Two new thoughtful features have been added to make any guests staying even more comfortable: LG air conditioning and a filtered water tap The dining table generously accommodates ten to twelve guests. Three sofas create a comfortable place to relax and the air conditioning helps cater to all seasons. A brand new Smart TV has been installed and the living area also benefits from a DVD player, sound bar, Alexa, and Google Chrome devices.
Sliding glass doors lead to the balcony with spiral stairs rising to the large roof terrace, where you will find a selection of modern outdoor furniture, including sun loungers, plenty of seating and relaxing options, as well as a feature Wood-burner; allowing you the opportunity to eat and relax whilst taking in the stunning 360 views across Howells Mere and beyond...
Reflections is an example of the striking ‘Skydeck’ design at Lower Mill and therefore offers a large ground floor lakeside deck with a spiral staircase to the first-floor balcony which in turn leads to the rooftop terrace offering 360-degree views of the Estate. This property also offers a Canadian Hydropool Serenity hot tub with Hydrowise (therapy) and Versa massage functions, use of the hot tub is included in the total price.
Bath, hand, and tea towels are provided as well as bed linen, bin liners, and dishwasher tablets.

Not all properties have direct lake access even though they are listed as lakeside. If you are unsure whether this property has lake access please check with our team.

Check out during off-peak dates is by 10 am on the day of departure. During peak dates (school holidays) check out is at 9 am.
£500 refundable damage deposit is due the week before your arrival. You will be contacted regarding this.
Travel cot and highchair are available for £10, subject to availability. Please advise at the time of booking. Guests to provide their own linen and mattress for the travel cot.
There is an 11 pm noise curfew on the estate.
There are 3 electric vehicle charging points on the estate that operate on a first come first use basis.

Somerford Lagoon Lake is closed from October – March due to nesting birds. The nearest canoe launch point is located near Mill Village as marked on the Estate Map.
The Somerford Nines (Clearwater 1-9). The private outdoor pool closes after the October half term and does not re-open until Easter.
The outdoor Mill Village pool closes after the October half term and does not re-open until Easter.
The Miss Mouse Trail, run by the activity hub closes for the winter months. This is from 1st November to the Easter holidays.
Although this property does not accept pets, the owner reserves the right to allow pets during the owner's stay.
One designated parking space – please use the overflow car park for additional cars.

Finding your Property
From the main entrance where the security hut is positioned, drive through the gate and bear left, drive through the car park ahead and exit right when you get to a four-way crossroads for Clearwater and Howell's Mere properties.
Continue forward over the bridge taking the immediate right towards Howells Mere and Clearwater properties. Continue along this road and you will get to a point where the road splits off either left or right. Bear left and continue along the road passing the Spa and Tennis courts on your right and houses on your left. At the end of this road, you will see a bridge in front of you.
Cross over this bridge into Howell's Mere and turn right through a couple of wooden gates. Keep following the road straight along to the end until it starts to bend left. At this point, you will see a house on your left-hand side just before the bridge. This property is Reflections, your parking spot is next to the property on the right labelled with the number 77.
To assist you during darker evenings, you would be advised to bring a torch with you as there is no street lighting permitted on the Estate other than low-level lighting.
