Robin's Retreat benefits from parking at the house for up to two cars and is only a 5-10 minute walk away from the most popular facilities on site such as the award-winning Lower Mill Spa and Ballihoo Restaurant.
Having only recently completed the build, this is a brand new property, and while the neighbouring properties complete construction, Robin's Retreat is only available for weekend bookings (2 and 3 nights). With limited availability and at a discounted price book now and ensure you don't miss out!
Minety Lake is the newest addition to Lower Mill and Habitat Escapes! As such, there are still properties and areas around the lake and wider estate that is undergoing final elements of construction, so whilst this property is fully completed, you will see construction, machinery, and workers around the property between 0730 and 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300, Saturday. Please abide by any signage relating to construction areas. Please review the above images to make sure you are aware of the surrounding construction of Minety Lake 55 prior to booking. As you enter Robin's Retreat you are greeted with a contemporary open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area, the perfect base for your family holiday. Leading off this room is a study room in case you need to complete work or study during your holiday although with the Lower Mill Estate being a nature reserve we hope you spend the majority of your holiday exploring the beautiful Cotswold countryside that is at your fingertips.
The lounge area is kitted out with a Samsung TV and log burner with floor-to-ceiling patio doors opening out onto the back decking and garden area.
To complete the ground floor there is also a toilet.
The three bedrooms are all king bedrooms with the flexibility of being made up as twin beds if that suits your family better. If you would like any of the bedrooms made up as twins please request this with a member of our team after booking.
The master king bedroom comes with it's own ensuite shower room. Each bedroom opens up onto a balcony hosting a bistro table and chairs on both the front and rear balcony to sit out and enjoy your morning coffee. There is also a family bathroom on this floor.
Stairs from the first floor lead up to the property's very own roof terrace kitted out with a gas BBQ, dining table and chairs for 8, and two sun loungers.
To the ground floor, there is an outdoor sofa and chairs for you to enjoy. The rear decking and garden lead to your very own jetty giving you access to launch water sports equipment into Minety Lake. From this jetty, you can explore both Minety and Spinney Lake from the water.
The property has an EV charger that only guests of the property can use. After use please switch the charger off at the fuse, further instructions will be in the guest directory in the property.
Bath, hand, and tea towels are provided as well as bed linen, bin liners, and dishwasher tablets.
The property is self-catered. The house is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery

Please be aware that the vegetation surrounding the property is subject to change according to the time of year. This may mean that the views represented in the photos above may vary depending on the season in which you stay with us.
Normal check-in is from 4 pm. Out of peak season, early check-in of 2 pm may be available (at an additional fee). Please contact our office team to enquire.
Check-out during off-peak dates is by 10 am on the day of departure. During peak dates (school holidays) check-out is at 9 am.
A £500 refundable damage deposit is due the week before your arrival. You will be contacted regarding this.
Travel cot and highchair are available for £10, subject to availability. Please advise at the time of booking. Guests to provide their own linen and mattress for the travel cot.
There is an 11 pm noise curfew on the estate.
There are 3 electric vehicle charging points on the estate that operate on a first come first use basis.
All our properties are non-smoking.
Somerford Lagoon Lake is closed from October – March due to nesting birds.
The Miss Mouse Trail, run by the activity hub closes for the winter months. This is from 1st November to the Easter holidays.
Please be aware that there is no waterside access to Swillbrook Lake as this is a nature conservation lake.
Not Pet Friendly - Although this property does not accept pets, the owner reserves the right to allow pets during owner stays.
The drive can fit two cars – please use the overflow car park for additional cars.
Please be aware that we are still building on Minety Lake and that this property is in an area with construction ongoing nearby. It is worth noting that the building site is closed on weekends. Please feel free to contact us to discuss any aspect of the building works.

Finding your Property
From the main entrance where the security hut is positioned drive through the gates and cross the first bridge. Take the first right turn you reach and go over the next two bridges in front of you. Just after the second bridge, the road will split off left and right. Please take the road on the right through the car park area and continue straight, ignoring the next left-hand turn. Continue on, and on both sides, you will see houses, follow the properties along until the end when you need to turn left. Keep following the houses along by number until you reach number 55 (Robin's Retreat) on your left-hand side.
To assist you during darker evenings, you would be advised to bring a torch with you as there is no street lighting permitted on the Estate other than low-level lighting.
