Completed in Summer 2017, this is one of our most popular house types offering three ground floor bedrooms, two bathrooms and first floor living/dining benefitting from fully glazed rear elevations which provide stunning views. There is a fully fitted kitchen and separate study. On the second floor mezzanine you will find a master bedroom suite which is open plan to the living area below. The property is within a 5-minute walk of both the Restaurant and Spa facility. The owners have taken great care over the internal furnishings and have ensured a high level of fixtures and fittings with oak flooring to the main living areas and carpets to bedrooms.

To the ground floor there is a lakeside king ensuite bedroom, a second lakeside twin ensuite bedroom each with access to the ground floor deck.
There is a further bunk room and family bathroom with double shower, WC and wash hand basin.
To the first floor the kitchen provides a single oven with gas hob, tall fridge/freezer, washer/dryer & microwave. Fully equipped to accommodate 8 guests. There is a dining area with table and chairs for eight guests.
The living area offers comfortable seating arrangement to accommodate 8 guests featuring a wood burning stove. There is also a TV and sliding doors leading to the westerly facing balcony with small bistro table and chairs.

To the second floor you will find the open plan mezzanine king bedroom with ensuite shower room.

Somerford Lagoon Lake is closed from October – March due to nesting birds. The nearest canoe launch point is located near to Mill Village as marked on the Estate Map.
The Somerford Nines (Clearwater 1-9). The private outdoor pool closes after the October half term and does not re-open until Easter.
The outdoor Mill Village pool closes after the October half term and does not re-open until Easter.
The Miss Mouse Trail, run by the activity hub closes for the winter months. This is from 1st November to the Easter holidays.
Please be aware that there is no waterside access onto Swillbrook Lake as this is a nature conservation lake.
