Water Garden 9 forms part of a small clutch of just ten homes centred around a water garden as the heart of this small enclave of eco-friendly homes. One of the main features of the property is the large roof terrace which enjoys views across the estate. The property offers ground floor living/dining with access to the outdoor balcony with BBQ and garden furniture. On the first floor there are two en-suite bedrooms, both with private balconies, a further child’s bedroom with single bed and pull out truckle if required, and a twin bedroom and family bathroom featuring a separate bath and shower cubicle. Access to the roof terrace is from the first floor landing. Sleeps 7 + 1.

Beautifully appointed accommodation provides open plan living/dining and kitchen with built-in double oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, induction hob and Nespresso coffee machine Breakfast bar to dining side with two bar stools.  Dining for eight. Sofa seating for five guests with matching footstool. Wood-burning stove. Assortment of games and puzzles. Wall-mounted TV, Blu-ray disc player. Access to the outside balcony with garden furniture and BBQ.

Snug comprising small sofa, desk and wall-mounted TV.

Utility room / cloakroom – washing machine and separate tumble dryer. WC and hand wash basin.

To the first floor you will find two en-suite (shower) king bedrooms each with access to a private balcony.

Twin bedroom and Single bedroom – Child’s room with single bed and pull-out truckle underneath. Please request this at point of booking.

Family bathroom – Separate shower cubicle, bath with shower attachment, WC and hand wash basin.

 

Roof terrace – Accessed from the first floor landing via an electrically operated roof light. Two sun loungers, garden table and bench.

Heating is via air source heat pumps, heat recovery system and underfloor heating, which is further supplemented with a wood-burning stove in the living area.
