Located in a select area within Lower Mill, Yellowhammer is accessed via private gates to The Nine where it shares exclusive access to a small outdoor pool (heated and open high season) and gym. This contemporary detached four bedroom property enjoys stunning views across our largest lake, Somerford Lagoon (dependant on the time of year). Spacious open-plan ground floor living set around a contemporary real flame gas fire, and dining area with bi-fold doors opening back to allow access onto the decking enjoying uninterrupted views across Somerford Lagoon. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms to the first floor, and a further second floor super king bedroom suite with separate shower room and access onto a roof terrace enjoying stunning views. Access onto the rear decking with outdoor furniture for relaxation.  Fully equipped kitchen and dining area.

First floor: king size bedroom with en-suite shower room and direct access to balcony, second king bedroom with access to balcony and further double bedroom. Family bathroom. Second floor: Super king bedroom with separate shower room. Access to the outside roof terrace.

A variety of rattan seating with coffee table and cushions. Dining for six. BBQ isn't provided at this property.
