If you’re looking for something a bit more energetic, you can achieve your fitness goals in our state-of-the-art Technogym or push your limits by booking a session with one of our qualified personal trainers.
We are excited to announce the launch of our new app ordering service, where you can order and pay for drinks by the Spa's indoor and outdoor pools. Simply scan the QR code on the table then sit back and relax while we prepare your order.

Indulge in a rejuvenating facial, a unique poultice massage, or take the weight off your feet with a nourishing pedicure. For mums-to-be, we have our beautifully relaxing Mother GAIA treatments.
Afternoon Tea and Massage Experience
Treat yourself to the ultimate relaxation experience with our afternoon tea and luxury massage for two.
This experience includes all-day access to Lower Mill Estate Spa from 1000-1730 with complimentary use of a robe, a rejuvenating 50-minute bespoke massage and exclusive access to our restful relaxation room where you can savour a delicious afternoon tea served from 1500-1630.
