Join us on Wednesday mornings when our expert Pilates instructor will guide you through a broad range of movements. Designed to improve mobility, flexibility and strength, all while you enjoy a breathe of fresh air at the stunning Hurricane Terrace.
Please note: All sessions are suitable for beginners to an advanced level, please notify the instructor of any injuries before the start of the session so they can tailor your workout accordingly. All equipment will be provided for you, however, please feel free to bring your own mat if you would prefer.
