Join us on Tuesdays from 1500 for our Bootcamp session, a great chance to meet some like-minded people and push yourself as hard as you want with the guidance of our fully qualified fitness instructor. This 45-minute session will leave you feeling pumped and energised with a mixture of cardiovascular and strength exercises.
Sessions will vary but will include different stations to test your fitness from hill reps, tyre flips, battle ropes, slam-ball, log jumps, step-ups and so much and more!
Please note: All sessions are suitable for beginners to an advanced level. Please notify the instructor of any injuries before the start of the session so they can tailor your workout accordingly. All equipment will be provided for you. Please make sure you bring plenty of water with you and a towel if required.
