Stretching from the front to the back of the property the lounge dining room benefits from dual aspect windows and generous daylight and offers ample space to gather round the log burner whilst watching the 42” TV or eating at the dining table with four chairs. Bi-fold patio doors lead to the decking and enclosed garden area and communal BBQ.

A quarter turn staircase leads to the landing with vaulted ceiling maintaining that bright and airy feeling

Check in is from 4pm. Check out at 10am.

The property is self-catered. The house is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery.

Essentials such as bin liners, dishwasher tablets and basic cleaning supplies are provided for you. Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided, if you suffer from allergies please contact the office for further information.

Finding your Property
Your property is on the first village on the Estate, Beaumont Village. Follow the turning into Beaumont Village, then take the second exit at the mini roundabout and you will find BV30 the last house on the left in the terrace of cottages. The parking space for the property is just beyond the house.

There is additional parking located at the bottom of Beaumont Village by the lake and at the top of the hill before the Spa and Hurricane Terrace
