This contemporary cottage has been furnished to a high standard and enjoys vaulted ceilings to the first floor and an open plan kitchen/living room on the ground floor with large glass bi-fold doors leading onto a sheltered private garden.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, one twin room and one double with a good-sized family bathroom with a separate bath and walk-in shower. Both bedrooms lead to an outside balcony with views of the lake and crescent.
The property has a downstairs wet room, washer/dryer and a log burner. Use of communal BBQ which is about 25’ from the garden gate.
Access to the Hurricane Terrace bar, heated outdoor pool and activity equipment is included with this property; offering plenty to do while staying at Silverlake, Dorset. Inclusive equipment hire includes bikes, e-bikes and water equipment such as paddleboards and canoes. Subject to availability.
Temporary spa closure 15th-26th April
During this time, the Hurricane Spa and outdoor pool will be closed for necessary maintenance. The Hurricane Terrace and gym will be open at weekends, with access via the external side entrance. Guests will still have use of the inclusive activity equipment during their stay. We apologise for any inconvenience.

There is a large range of cupboards with built-in appliances including a single oven, four ring gas hob, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, integrated dishwasher and contemporary stone work surfaces. Very well equipped for four guests.
Lounge/Dining
The open plan kitchen/living room with floor to ceiling glass patio doors and windows create a spacious light area to relax with your guests.
A dining table seats four guests comfortably surrounding the modern wood burning stove, perfect for those chillier evenings.
There is a wetroom adjacent to the kitchen.
Master bedroom – Double sized bed with matching bedside cabinets and built-in wardrobe. Patio doors lead to balcony looking across to Beaumont Lake.
Twin bedroom – Twin beds with matching bedside cabinets and built-in wardrobe. Door leads to a balcony looking across to Beaumont Lake.
Family bathroom with walk-in shower and separate bath.
Ground floor bi-fold doors lead to a private garden with decked area and lawn. The property has outdoor seating for four guests with a private gate to the bottom of the garden leading onto the village green complete with communal BBQ and fire pit and on towards Beaumont Lake. The property have its own double length parking space for two cars.
Check-in is from 16:00 onwards.
Underfloor ambient heating throughout.
