On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one twin room and one double with a good sized family bathroom with separate bath and walk in shower. Both bedrooms lead unto outside balcony with views of the lake and crescent.
The property has a downstairs wetroom, washer/dryer and a log burner. Use of communal BBQ which is about 25’ from the garden gate.
This property also benefits from full access to the Activity Hub Membership (subject to completion of safety induction prior to arrival) included in the cost of the accommodation providing you with complimentary access to bikes, canoes, kayaks and stand up paddle boards during your stay.

Please note there are no water based activities between November and February for health and safety reasons i.e. low water temperature, bikes will be available all year round.

The open plan kitchen/living room with floor to ceiling glass patio doors and windows create a spacious light area to relax with your guests.
A dining table seats four guests comfortably surrounding the modern wood burning stove, perfect for those chillier evenings.
There is a wetroom adjacent to the kitchen.

Ground floor bi-fold doors lead to a private garden with decked area and lawn. The property has outdoor seating for four guests with a private gate to the bottom of the garden leading onto the village green complete with communal BBQ and fire pit and on towards Beaumont Lake. The property have its own double length parking space for two cars.
