The Paxtons
Habitat First Group is a family-run business. Having launched Lower Mill Estate, The Cotswolds in 1999, the company went on to launch Silverlake Estate, Dorset in 2011 and has a number of other exciting projects in the pipeline, including Birchwood Estate in North Devon.
The estates combine ecology, architecture and community to help your family thrive, reconnect with nature and enjoy a relaxing escape.
The Paxton family continues to run Habitat First Group to this day and the family touch can be felt throughout our estates.
