Our on-site housekeeping team are on hand to ensure everything is ready in preparation for you and your guests' arrival. As part of the Habitat Escapes' service, we arrange all changeover cleans while also offering guests the option to upgrade their booking with a mid-stay clean, ensuring your property is looked after. Other services are available such as deep cleans, to keep your property spotless. 

Our maintenance team will help resolve any issues that arise during guest stays, which eliminates high call-out charges from engineers. The team are also able to provide a maintenance service for small jobs, such as replacing a door handle or hanging artwork, to larger jobs such as jet washing and refurbishment projects. 

Our dedicated in-house team work on advertising your property to ensure you achieve your renting goals. From email marketing, photography, search and social media, national PR and more, we aim to build as many relationships as possible to promote your property.
