The first bedroom comes with twin beds ideal with a family bathroom opposite that could almost be set aside as the private bathroom for this bedroom as there are more than enough for all 

Wander further down the hall to discover a king bedroom with en-suite shower room and built in robes. Then there is a further double bedroom with stunning views across Somerford Lagoon. Both rooms benefit from glass sliding doors that lead out onto a large overwater deck.  

The deck outside offers a tranquil spot to unwind, with outdoor lounge seating overlooking Somerford Lagoon. Imagine yourself sipping on a nightcap or enjoying late night conversation under the stars as the reeds sway and the birds dip and dive, before retiring inside to bed after a fulfilling day in nature.

First Floor

The open plan living area sits bathed in natural light, enhanced by a double height vaulted ceiling with full height glazed windows and doors. The beauty of Somerford Lagoon is captured through this stunning backdrop. Relax on the sofa perfect for family gatherings, enjoy entertainment on the wall mounted TV, and on cooler evenings kindle the wood burner – the heart of this inviting space, with Roland electric piano for a hearty family sing song

Step out onto the balcony, where a gas BBQ inspires al fresco cooking, and a small table offers a perfect perch to savour the lake views.

Enjoy hearty family meals at the comfortable dining table for up to six guests which connects the living area with the kitchen. Perch yourself at one of the two stools at the breakfast bar ideal for preparing and entertaining large groups.

  • Quiet hours are observed after 11pm, we aim to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all residents and guests. 
  • Hen and stag parties, including any related activities, are not allowed on the estate premises
  • Work related stays for any purpose are not permitted on the estate
  • All our properties are non-smoking.
  • Upon departure, kindly ensure that the premises are left in a clean and orderly manner, with all furniture returned to its original position and rubbish removed. There are bin stores located around the estate.
  • A £500 refundable damage deposit is due the week before your arrival. You will be contacted regarding this.
  • Please utilise the one parking space provided at the property. Additional parking is available at the main car park if needed. Please do not park in the bays assigned to other properties.
  • This property is pet friendly
