The property is not pet-friendly, but the owners reserve the right to bring a pet with them when they stay.
Minety Lake is the newest addition to Lower Mill and Habitat Escapes! As such, there are still properties and areas around the lake and wider estate that is undergoing final elements of construction, so whilst this property is fully completed, you will see construction, machinery, and workers around the property between 0730 and 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300, Saturday. Please abide by any signage relating to construction areas. Please review the above images to make sure you are aware of the surrounding construction of Minety Lake 7 prior to booking. As you enter Minety Lake 07, the beautifully furnished, open-plan kitchen and dining area set the tone for a welcoming and comfortable stay. The bifold doors open onto the extensive decking and garden area, leading to the water's edge with breath-taking views and the perfect setting for outdoor enjoyment.
Leading off from the kitchen is a snug, complete with a comfortable sofa and TV. Guests can unwind in a more intimate setting, enjoying their favourite films or shows in privacy.
The ground floor is completed with a utility room and wet room.
The master bedroom is on the first floor. Overlooking the tranquil lake, it offers guests a picturesque view to wake up to each morning. The stylish design, complete with bespoke en-suite and built-in wardrobes, adds an extra level of luxury and convenience. The addition of a private balcony with sun loungers is a wonderful touch, providing guests with the perfect spot to soak up the sun and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
Along the spacious landing there are two further individually designed king bedrooms, each boasting their own en-suites, ensuring convenience and allowing guests to enjoy their own private space during their stay.
As you arrive on the second floor, there is yet another beautifully designed, spacious room with super-king sized bed, with magnificent views over the lake.
This floor benefits from yet another stylish king size bedroom at the front of the property and a family bathroom. This additional king bedroom ensures that the property can comfortably accommodate more guests, offering flexibility for different group sizes or families travelling together.
The extended decking is completed with both a dining table, perfect for al fresco dining and a comfortable seating area, perfect for relaxing. Additionally, the private jetty provides a convenient and picturesque launch point for exploring the nature reserve from the water.
To the side of the extended decking, you have the added bonus of a wooden gazebo providing a sheltered seating area. This cosy retreat is enhanced with ambient lighting and entertainment options like table football and giant Connect Four, offering fun activities for both children and adults alike.
This property does not have a BBQ and BBQ's are not permitted at this property.
Quiet hours are observed after 11pm, we aim to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all residents and guests.
Hen and stag parties, including any related activities, are not allowed on the estate premises
Work related stays for any purpose are not permitted on the estate
All our properties are non-smoking.
Upon departure, kindly ensure that the premises are left in a clean and orderly manner, with all furniture returned to its original position and rubbish removed. There are bin stores located around the estate.
A £500 refundable damage deposit is due the week before your arrival. You will be contacted regarding this.
Please utilise the one parking space provided at the property. Additional parking is available at the main car park if needed. Please do not park in the bays assigned to other properties.
This property is not pet friendly
The driveway can fit up to three cars – please use the overflow car park for additional cars.
This property does not have a BBQ and BBQ's are not permitted at this property.
