There is a further king size bedroom again with it's own ensuite and small balcony. The first floor also includes a spacious family bathroom with a shower over the bath, a further king size bedroom, and a twin room with two single beds—ideal for children or additional guests.

From the first-floor landing, step out onto the roof terrace and enjoy panoramic views across the estate, complete with outdoor furniture for lounging or dining al fresco.

Parking is available for two cars at the front of the property. You’re just a short 5-minute walk from the estate’s fantastic amenities, including a welcoming on-site restaurant and a luxurious spa—perfect for a truly relaxing stay.

Quiet hours are observed after 11pm, we aim to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all residents and guests.
Hen and stag parties, including any related activities, are not allowed on the estate premises
Work related stays for any purpose are not permitted on the estate
All our properties are non-smoking.
Upon departure, kindly ensure that the premises are left in a clean and orderly manner, with all furniture returned to its original position and rubbish removed. There are bin stores located around the estate.
A £500 refundable damage deposit is due the week before your arrival. You will be contacted regarding this.
Please utilise the one parking space provided at the property. Additional parking is available at the main car park if needed. Please do not park in the bays assigned to other properties.
This property is not pet friendly.
