This larger than average holiday home feels tastefully opulent and yet comfortable enough to relax with the whole family. 

The spacious entry hall leads to a snug room complete with TV, making it the perfect spot to unwind with a movie or get lost in a captivating book.

Further down the hall you’ll find a utility room, complete with a separate washing machine, dryer and handy bar fridge. Here you will also find a convenient downstairs WC with basin, under stairs storage and a substantial cloakroom. 

The heart of this lakeside haven is the galley-style kitchen, seamlessly integrated into an open plan living room. The kitchen offers a wide range of built-in NEFF appliances including two ovens, a microwave, a fridge freezer, a dishwasher and a wine cooler. There is also the convenience of a Nespresso Vertuo Plus coffee machine. Gather around the dining table or on the bar stools at the wide breakfast bar, where culinary delights are prepared with ease. Relax on the expansive sofa, in front of the wood fire burner, and enjoy entertainment on the large wall-mounted TV. 

First Floor 


Venture upstairs to the first floor, where four beautifully appointed bedrooms await: 

Twin bedroom complete with built in wardrobe.

Estate Rules   

  • Quiet hours are observed after 11pm, we aim to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all residents and guests. 
  • Hen and stag parties, including any related activities, are not allowed on the estate premises
  • Work related stays for any purpose are not permitted on the estate

House Rules

  • All our properties are non-smoking.
  • Upon departure, kindly ensure that the premises are left in a clean and orderly manner, with all furniture returned to its original position and rubbish removed. There are bin stores located around the estate.
  • A £500 refundable damage deposit is due the week before your arrival. You will be contacted regarding this.
  • Please utilise the two parking spaces provided at the property. Additional parking is available at the main car park if needed. Please do not park in the bays assigned to other properties.

    We enjoyed a great yoga session, tennis and paddle boarding. We also hired good quality bikes and explored the area Had good food in Ballihoo and the pub too

    On this occasion, we really only used Lower Mill Estate for accommodation for us two and our daughter and her two children over here from Australia. We did not use the restaurant but we did use the pool once which was nice. It is a lovely location and we shall certainly think about coming again as a couple only and make better uses of the facilities available.
