Minety Lake 64 is a stunning 6-bedroom property offering an abundance of space, making it the ideal retreat for large families or groups of friends. The property boasts direct lake access from a well-equipped decked area, perfect for enjoying the serene surroundings. Additionally, guests can enjoy endless fun in the games room, featuring a pool table and dartboard.

One well behaved dog is welcome to join you on holiday at this property. 

Ground Floor:


The spacious layout includes an inviting entrance hall that leads into the heart of the home. The main living area provides a relaxed setting for guests to unwind, while the well-equipped utility room with a washer/dryer adds practicality for longer stays. For added convenience, a WC with a shower is also located on this level, ensuring ease of access for all guests.

The open-plan living area at Minety Lake 64 is the perfect space for everyone to gather. The well-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals while the family relaxes by the cosy wood burner, soaking in the stunning lake view. The living area offers plenty of comfy seating and includes access to Sky TV, including Sky Sports. The spacious dining area features a large wooden table that comfortably seats 12, making it an ideal spot for shared meals together. The kitchen features a Nespresso Magimix coffee machine and an American fridge freezer complete with ice dispenser. 

First Floor:


The first floor features three bedrooms, all of which have 'Hypnos' beds, designed for a relaxing and rejuvenating night's sleep, made from sustainable materials. The first bedroom is equipped with a super king-size bed, a built-in wardrobe, and a dressing table. It also offers access to a balcony with stunning views of the water, making it an ideal spot for enjoying your morning coffee. Opposite this bedroom is a family shower room. 

Along the landing, you'll find two additional bedrooms. The first is a smaller room, featuring a double bed and a hanging rail. The second is the principal bedroom, which boasts a super-king bed, built-in wardrobes, and an ensuite shower room. This room also provides access to a balcony with beautiful views of the water.

Second Floor:


On the second floor, you'll find three more spacious bedrooms again, all with 'Hypnos' beds. The first is a bright and airy room, furnished with a king-size bed. Adjacent to this room is a large family bathroom. Further along the landing, there is another generously sized king bedroom, and at the end of the hall, the final room is also a king bedroom, complete with an ensuite. 

Outside:


The open-plan living area flows seamlessly onto a large decking that spans the length of the property. With ample seating for alfresco dining and a gas Weber BBQ for outdoor meals, it's the perfect space to entertain or relax. Two sun loungers are also available for those lazy days spent soaking up the sun. 

Games Room:


Minety Lake 64 also boasts the addition of a fantastic games room, just a few steps from the decking. The room is equipped with a pool table, Sky TV, dartboard, and for golf enthusiasts, a putting mat! It's the perfect space to unwind and have some fun with family and friends.

House & Estate Rules:   


Quiet hours are observed after 11pm, we aim to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all residents and guests.
Hen and stag parties, including any related activities, are not allowed on the estate premises
Work related stays for any purpose are not permitted on the estate
All our properties are non-smoking.
Upon departure, kindly ensure that the premises are left in a clean and orderly manner, with all furniture returned to its original position and rubbish removed. There are bin stores located around the estate.
A £500 refundable damage deposit is due the week before your arrival. You will be contacted regarding this.
Please utilise the one parking space provided at the property. Additional parking is available at the main car park if needed. Please do not park in the bays assigned to other properties.
