Keel House is a contemporary take on the Cotswold barn and offers spacious and flexible accommodation for up to 10 guests across five bedrooms and three bathrooms. Situated on the banks of Somerford Lagoon, the property boasts far-reaching views across the water and benefits from direct lakeside access for canoeing or kayaking.

The open-plan kitchen provides plenty of space for preparing and serving meals, complete with five ring gas hob and electric oven, integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer.

The dining area faces out over the banks of the lake and comfortably sits 10.

The remainder of the ground floor is taken up with a selection of sofa and armchair seating providing plenty of space for family and friends to catch up and relax. There is a TV complete with DVD player. The outstanding feature of this house is the atrium which is positioned around the middle of the house, providing plenty of light and a double height ceiling which continues through the first and second floor. The downstairs living areas face out of the lake with a number of floor-to-ceiling sliding doors, providing open views of the lake and plenty of al fresco dining.

The master en-suite bedroom is located on the first floor and provides access to the balcony overlooking the lake. There is a second double bedroom with balcony access and the third bedroom is a bunk bed room. There is a family bathroom on this floor.

The second floor offers a double bedroom, twin bedroom and a family bathroom.

Ground floor decking accessed from both the living area and dining area, outdoor garden furniture. Stunning views across the lagoon.
