In keeping with the property’s name, Waterside has access to a launch site at the back of the property providing direct access to the stunning Somerford Lagoon, perfect for water lovers. Alternatively, if you wish to remain on dry land, this is the perfect spot to admire the bustling wildlife that live on the nature reserve.
Recently decorated and furnished the property is light and full of character, spanning three floors. The property has four bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 guests.
To the ground floor there are two king sized bedrooms that look out onto Somerford Lagoon and provide access to the back decking and hot tub. One of these has an ensuite bathroom. There is a further twin bedroom downstairs and a family bathroom.
On the first floor you will find a beautiful open plan kitchen/living/dining room, beaten only by the impressive view over the Lagoon. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cutlery and crockery you will need for your self-catered holiday. The main living area can comfortably seat eight with a lovely wood burning stove for those cosy winter nights . Also on the first floor is a balcony with a table and chairs giving you the perfect spot to sit out and enjoy your meals on those warmer days.
On the top floor you will find the fourth and final bedroom. This one is a also a king bedroom and has an ensuite bathroom with a shower. In addition to the ensuite there is also a freestanding bath in the bedroom for you to relax and enjoy
Bath, hand and tea towels provided as well as bed linen, bin liners and dishwasher tablets.
Property is self-catered. The house is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery

Please be aware that the vegetation surrounding the property is subject to change according to the time of year. This may mean that the views represented in the photos above may vary depending on the season in which you stay with us.
Normal check-in is from 4pm. Out of peak season early check-in of 2pm may be available (at an additional fee). Please contact our office team to enquire.
£500 refundable damage deposit is due the week before your arrival. You will be contacted regarding this.
Travel cot and highchair available for £10, subject to availability. Please advise at time of booking. Guests to provide own linen and mattress for travel cot.
There is an 11pm noise curfew on the estate.
There are 3 electric vehicle charging points on the estate that operate on a first come first use basis.
All our properties are non-smoking.
Somerford Lagoon Lake is closed from October – March due to nesting birds. The nearest canoe launch point is located near to Mill Village as marked on the Estate Map.
The outdoor Mill Village pool closes after the October half term and does not re-open until Easter.
The Miss Mouse Trail, run by the activity hub closes for the winter months. This is from 1st November to the Easter holidays.
One designated parking space – please use overflow car park for additional cars.
