Accommodation Details:

Comfortably furnished to a high standard with a beautiful log burner for those cold Winter evenings. Bi-fold patio doors from the living area lead on to the rear garden and decking. There is a dining area for six people and a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar. This property offers a fantastic games area with bean bags, TV and X-Box with a brilliant variety of games. 

There is also a downstairs cloakroom. The master bedroom accommodates a king-size bed with en-suite shower room. There is also a twin bedroom, a further bunk bed room and family bathroom with separate bath and walk in shower. 

The bottom of the bunk bed can accommodate an adult however the top bunk is only suitable for child. The property has a drive that can accommodate 2-3 cars on the gravel driveway. 

To the rear of the property is a decked area with picnic bench style seating, a lawned garden which extends to wildlife ponds and the hedgerows beyond.

House & Estate Rules:   

  • Quiet hours are observed after 11pm, we aim to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all residents and guests. 
  • Hen and stag parties, including any related activities, are not allowed on the estate premises
  • Work related stays for any purpose are not permitted on the estate
  • All our properties are non-smoking.
  • Upon departure, kindly ensure that the premises are left in a clean and orderly manner, with all furniture returned to its original position and rubbish removed. There are bin stores located around the estate.
  • A £500 refundable damage deposit is due the week before your arrival. You will be contacted regarding this.
  • Please utilise the 2-3 parking spaces provided at the property. Additional parking is available at the main car park if needed. Please do not park in the bays assigned to other properties.
  • This property is pet friendly.
