Accommodation Details:

Perfect for two families or groups travelling together, Beaumont Village 02 & 03 offers the best of both worlds – plenty of space to socialise together while maintaining the privacy of two separate homes, connected by a shared games room.

Each property features a stylish open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, furnished to a high standard and centred around a cosy log burner. Bi-fold doors open onto the rear decking, creating a bright and sociable space, while the fully equipped kitchens include breakfast bar peninsulas and dining areas seating up to six guests. Both properties also benefit from a convenient ground-floor cloakroom.

The connecting games room provides a fun recreational space with bean bags, a TV and an Xbox with a selection of games, making it ideal for children and adults alike.

 

Upstairs, each property offers a king-size master bedroom with en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom, a bunk bedroom and a family bathroom with both a bath and separate walk-in shower. Please note that the lower bunk can accommodate an adult, while the upper bunk is suitable for children only.

 

Outside, each property has private parking on a gravel driveway and a rear garden with decking and picnic-style seating. Beyond the lawn, the gardens extend towards wildlife ponds and natural hedgerows, creating a peaceful setting to relax and enjoy the surrounding countryside. 


House & Estate Rules:   

  • Quiet hours are observed after 11pm, we aim to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all residents and guests. 
  • Hen and stag parties, including any related activities, are not allowed on the estate premises
  • Work related stays for any purpose are not permitted on the estate
  • All our properties are non-smoking.
  • Upon departure, kindly ensure that the premises are left in a clean and orderly manner, with all furniture returned to its original position and rubbish removed. There are bin stores located around the estate.
  • A £500 refundable damage deposit is due the week before your arrival. You will be contacted regarding this.
  • Please utilise the one parking space provided at the property. Additional parking is available at the main car park if needed. Please do not park in the bays assigned to other properties.
  • Both properties are pet-friendly.
