All amenities were lovely, would have been great to have more items at the volleyball area.

I think we came at a not too busy time and it was quite a wet week so never had problems getting the bikes or water equipment. Great fun! The kids area by the yurt was rather poorly equipped as most of the balls etc were lost by the last week of the holidays. Shame they weren't replaced regularly (ie no golf balls or table tennis racquets or balls). Loved the MBT and the fishing hut (which was well equipped, but locked and you just ring for the code). Also enjoyed the walks. The signage around the estate was confusing... We spent a lot of time going round in circles looking for the public jetty to meet the kayakers on the water. Great location, Co op about 5 mins away. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time exploring the area, we came out of season so didn’t use the water equipment but loved swimming outside in the dark and going on walks straight from the front door!
