There is a beautifully appointed kitchen with all modern amenities, a balcony on both sides of the property which allows natural light to flood the living areas, creating a serene seating area. A further sofa room on this floor is ideal for those looking to escape for moments of solitude. To the rear of the property are floor-to-ceiling windows, bringing in natural light and breath-taking views for you to enjoy. Chalk Hill View is also pet-friendly, so guests can bring their four legged friend with them.

Downstairs there are 2 twin bedrooms, a beautifully stylish family bathroom and a king size bedroom with en-suite. Both rear rooms enjoy easy access to the outside decking with a seating area. A stylish spiral staircase rising to the balcony on 1st floor, adds to the contemporary feel of this delightful home away from home. This property also benefits from a gas BBQ on the first floor balcony.

On the second floor lies an impressive master bedroom with ensuite shower room and amazing apex window with views across the estate. There are two desk areas on the top floor, perfect for those working whilst away.

There is convenient parking next to the property.

 House & Estate Rules:   

• Quiet hours are observed after 11pm, we aim to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all residents and guests. 
• Hen and stag parties, including any related activities, are not allowed on the estate premises
• Work related stays for any purpose are not permitted on the estate
• All our properties are non-smoking.
• Upon departure, kindly ensure that the premises are left in a clean and orderly manner, with all furniture returned to its original position and rubbish removed. There are bin stores located around the estate.
• A £500 refundable damage deposit is due the week before your arrival. You will be contacted regarding this. If you have booked via Airbnb, you do not need to pay the security deposit directly to Habitat Escapes as any damages to the property are raised through Airbnb's reimbursement portal.
• Please utilise the one parking space provided at the property. Additional parking is available at the main car park if needed. Please do not park in the bays assigned to other properties.
• This property is pet friendly.
