Located in the heart of peaceful Beaumont Village at Silverlake, this three-bedroom cottage, that sleeps up to 6 adults, it is ideally placed for easy access to all the estate amenities and activities. It's an easy stroll to Beaumont Lake and beach, the spa, bar and the outdoor pool. Cheetah's Retreat is the perfect holiday cottage for families or friends looking to enjoy time together in delightful accommodation that is surrounded by nature and offers all the comforts of home. A bright and airy lounge with triple aspect windows host two settees and one armchair around a feature wood burning stove. Double glazed folding doors lead to a decked patio area. With the open plan design, the cosy lounge eases into the dining area where there is a dining table with seating for six. Adjacent to the dining area, there is a fully equipped kitchen offering all you need for your stay with a breakfast bar island with two stools. There is also a WC cloakroom on the ground floor. The bedrooms comprise a super-king bedroom with TV and dressing table with an ensuite shower room, a double bedroom with fitted wardrobe and a bunk bed room with fitted wardrobes (top bunk suitable for child only).  There is a family bathroom with bath and separate walk in shower. The property has a large decked patio extending the full width of the cottage leading to a lawned area. There is a selection of rattan garden furniture and an outdoor dining table. 

 

House & Estate Rules:   

• Quiet hours are observed after 11pm, we aim to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all residents and guests. 
• Hen and stag parties, including any related activities, are not allowed on the estate premises
• Work related stays for any purpose are not permitted on the estate
• All our properties are non-smoking.
• Upon departure, kindly ensure that the premises are left in a clean and orderly manner, with all furniture returned to its original position and rubbish removed. There are bin stores located around the estate.
• A £500 refundable damage deposit is due the week before your arrival. You will be contacted regarding this. If you have booked via Airbnb, you do not need to pay the security deposit directly to Habitat Escapes as any damages to the property are raised through Airbnb's reimbursement portal.
• Please utilise the one parking space provided at the property. Additional parking is available at the main car park if needed. Please do not park in the bays assigned to other properties.
• This property is pet friendly.
