A small drinks bar adds a touch of luxury, perfect for evening gatherings. Downstairs also features a convenient WC and a utility room for added practicality.

Upstairs, you’ll find three stylish double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms open onto a balcony overlooking the nature reserve — a peaceful spot for morning coffee or evening birdwatching. Each bedroom can be configured as either a king room or two small singles, offering versatile accommodation to suit your group’s needs.

Outside, guests can enjoy alfresco dining or simply relax in the fresh air with outdoor furniture that comfortably seats everyone. Whether you're soaking up the views, spotting local wildlife, or enjoying a drink with friends, Hobby House is a charming retreat designed for rest and reconnection.

Please note that the property is fitted with a Ring doorbell camera at the entrance for security and delivery purposes when the property is unoccupied. The camera is not intended to overlook any private guest areas.

Finding Hobby House at Silverlake:
After entering the estate, follow the driveway and pass through the second set of gates. Continue approximately 100 metres and take the next right-hand turn. Take the next right at the signpost towards the FireFly Spa and follow the road as it curves to the left until you reach a set of traffic lights.Continue straight ahead towards the Spa with Knighton Reserve on your right until you reach the next set of traffic lights. At this junction, turn left into The Knoll.  Hobby House (28 Shepperd's View) will be immediately on your left. There is parking for several cars directly outside the property. 

 House & Estate Rules:   

• Quiet hours are observed after 11pm, we aim to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all residents and guests. 
• Hen and stag parties, including any related activities, are not allowed on the estate premises
• Work related stays for any purpose are not permitted on the estate
• All our properties are non-smoking.
• Upon departure, kindly ensure that the premises are left in a clean and orderly manner, with all furniture returned to its original position and rubbish removed. There are bin stores located around the estate.
• A £500 refundable damage deposit is due the week before your arrival. You will be contacted regarding this. If you have booked via Airbnb, you do not need to pay the security deposit directly to our team as any damages to the property are raised through Airbnb's reimbursement portal.
• Please utilise the one parking space provided at the property. Additional parking is available at the main car park if needed. Please do not park in the bays assigned to other properties.
• This property is pet friendly.
