Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a peaceful sanctuary with a plush double bed, en-suite shower room and access to a balcony where you can enjoy glimpses of the lake. The second bedroom features a versatile bunk bed with a double below and single above, also opening onto the balcony for fresh air and views. A modern family bathroom completes the upstairs accommodation. Each bedroom benefits from air conditioning.

Step outside to your private lawned garden, perfect for alfresco dining or simply soaking up the tranquil surroundings. With some lake views and a cosy interior, Jojo is the ideal base for exploring Dorset’s Jurassic Coast or relaxing in style within the award-winning Silverlake Estate. A 7-seater hot tub has been newly added.

House & Estate Rules:   

• Quiet hours are observed after 11pm, we aim to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all residents and guests. 
• Hen and stag parties, including any related activities, are not allowed on the estate premises
• Work related stays for any purpose are not permitted on the estate
• All our properties are non-smoking.
• Upon departure, kindly ensure that the premises are left in a clean and orderly manner, with all furniture returned to its original position and rubbish removed. There are bin stores located around the estate.
• A £250 refundable damage deposit is due the week before your arrival. You will be contacted regarding this. If you have booked via Airbnb, you do not need to pay the security deposit directly to our team as any damages to the property are raised through Airbnb's reimbursement portal.
• Please utilise the one parking space provided at the property. Additional parking is available at the main car park if needed. Please do not park in the bays assigned to other properties.
• This property is pet friendly.
