Overton Island 01

As you enter Overton Island 01 on the ground floor you are immediately greeted with a spacious open plan kitchen, living room & dining area. The living room is complete with a beautiful wood burner to cosy up next to in winter, and has fantastic views over the water and Wakeling Island though the floor to ceiling window doors that lead out onto the deck. Next to the kitchen is a utility and wet room to help clear up after a day exploring Silverlake Estate.

On the first floor there is a bedroom with bunk beds and three double rooms, two with king size beds and one with a double bed. A family bathroom with a bath services all rooms, whilst one double has an ensuite WC and the master has an ensuite shower room, making this property perfect for large families and groups alike.

 

House & Estate Rules:   

• Quiet hours are observed after 11pm, we aim to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all residents and guests. 
• Hen and stag parties, including any related activities, are not allowed on the estate premises.
• Work related stays for any purpose are not permitted on the estate.
• All our properties are non-smoking.
• Upon departure, kindly ensure that the premises are left in a clean and orderly manner, with all furniture returned to its original position and rubbish removed. There are bin stores located around the estate.
• A £500 refundable damage deposit is due the week before your arrival. You will be contacted regarding this. If you have booked via Airbnb, you do not need to pay the security deposit directly to Habitat Escapes as any damages to the property are raised through Airbnb's reimbursement portal.
• Please utilise the parking space provided at the property (suitable for two cars). Additional visitor parking is available around the Estate.  
• This property is not pet friendly.
