A luxurious modern kitchen, with large island unit provides perfect entertaining space for the whole family to enjoy. The snug TV area offers a comfortable space to relax after an active day enjoying the lifestyle, land and lake-based activities at Silverlake. 

On the first floor the master bedroom overlooks the lake and benefits from en-suite bathroom. There is a family bathroom and 2 further twin-size bedrooms on this floor. 

The large garden with small, decked area has a relaxing hammock, outdoor seating and gas BBQ to enjoy alfresco dining on those warmer days. Indoor log burner, modern finishes and spectacular lakeside views add to the luxury experience this holiday home provides. Downstairs shower room and double bedroom, with a further master suite upstairs overlooking the lake with ensuite, 2 twin bedrooms; there is plenty of space for the family to relax.

 

House & Estate Rules:   

  • Quiet hours are observed after 11pm, we aim to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all residents and guests. 
  • Hen and stag parties, including any related activities, are not allowed on the estate premises
  • Work related stays for any purpose are not permitted on the estate
  • All our properties are non-smoking.
  • Upon departure, kindly ensure that the premises are left in a clean and orderly manner, with all furniture returned to its original position and rubbish removed. There are bin stores located around the estate.
  • A £500 refundable damage deposit is due the week before your arrival. You will be contacted regarding this.
  • Please utilise the one parking space provided at the property. Additional parking is available at the main car park if needed. Please do not park in the bays assigned to other properties.
  • This property is not pet friendly.
