The ground floor has a modern design with an open plan kitchen, dining and living room, featuring a beautiful wood burning stove for cosy nights. The living room has large French doors that open onto the outside terrace, a Smart TV and a large Bluetooth speaker. The kitchen is fully equipped featuring a breakfast bar, built in dishwasher and fridge, with a Nespresso coffee machine and a large variety of all necessary utensils. The dining room has seating for four people. There is also a downstairs toilet next to the kitchen.
The first floor has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite with a shower and there is a second bathroom with a bath tub. Both bedrooms open onto the upstairs balcony that runs the length of the house, offering a limited view of the lake.
There is a charcoal BBQ for Alfresco dining positioned on the decking.
Wakeling Island is a brand new addition to Silverlake and Habitat Escapes! As such, there are still properties and areas of the island and wider estate that are undergoing final elements of construction, so whilst this property is fully completed, you will see construction, machinery and workers on or around the island between 0730 and 1800, Monday to Friday. Please do abide by any signage relating to construction areas. Habitat Escapes and the Silverlake team will be doing all we can to ensure any disturbances are kept to a minimum.
