A dining table seats four guests comfortably. The lounge offers a three seater sofa and single high backed arm chair all surrounding the modern wood burning stove, perfect for those chillier evenings. There is a 40 inch smart TV with built in DVD player.
There is a cloakroom adjacent to the kitchen.
Master bedroom – King sized bed with matching bedside cabinets, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and en-suite shower room with toilet. Patio doors lead to small balcony looking across to Beaumont Lake.
Twin bedroom – Full-sized single bed with truckle bed. Chest of drawers and built in storage. Door leads to a small balcony looking across to Beaumont Lake.

Ground floor bi-fold doors lead to a private garden with decked area and lawn. The property has outdoor seating for four guests with a private gate to the bottom of the garden leading onto the village green complete with communal BBQ and on towards Beaumont Lake. The property is self-catered. The house is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery.
Essentials such as bin liners, dishwasher tablets and basic cleaning supplies are provided for you. Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided, if you suffer from allergies please contact the office for further information.
One dog allowed to the ground floor only. Please advised at the time of booking as an additional cost occurs.

Your property is on the first village on the Estate, Beaumont Village. The house is in a crescent of cottages, take the first exit on the mini roundabout and it is directly on the right. Parking for this property is further down the road towards the lake on your right. The key safe is next to the front door.
