On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one single with truckle bed and one double with en-suite shower room. There is also a good sized family bathroom with shower over bath.
The property has a downstairs cloakroom, washer/dryer and a log burner. Use of communal BBQ which is about 25’ from the garden gate.
This property also benefits from full access to the Activity Hub Membership (subject to completion of safety induction prior to arrival) included in the cost of the accommodation providing you with complimentary access to bikes, canoes, kayaks and stand up paddle boards during your stay.
Please note there are no water based activities between November and February for health and safety reasons i.e. low water temperature, bikes will be available all year round.

A dining table seats four guests comfortably. The lounge offers a three seater sofa and single high backed arm chair all surrounding the modern wood burning stove, perfect for those chillier evenings. There is a 40 inch smart TV with built in DVD player.

Master bedroom – King sized bed with matching bedside cabinets, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and en-suite shower room with toilet. Patio doors lead to small balcony looking across to Beaumont Lake.
Twin bedroom – Full-sized single bed with truckle bed. Chest of drawers and built in storage. Door leads to a small balcony looking across to Beaumont Lake.

Ground floor bi-fold doors lead to a private garden with decked area and lawn. The property has outdoor seating for four guests with a private gate to the bottom of the garden leading onto the village green complete with communal BBQ and on towards Beaumont Lake. There is one allocated parking space close

One dog allowed to the ground floor only.
Use of spa and outdoor swimming pool included (contact Spa directly for opening times)

Travel cot and highchair provided, however guests must bring their own linen for the travel cot.
