This excellent property boasts a beautiful open plan living area to the ground floor with views of the lake and over to Wakeling Island. There are two double bedrooms and a third guest room. The exterior features wrap-around decking with BBQ and space for alfresco dining for all the family.
Whilst this property is fully completed, you will see and hear construction, machinery and workers on or around the island between 0730 and 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300, Saturday. Please do abide by any signage relating to construction areas. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch with a member of the Habitat Escapes Team.
As you enter The Spinney you are met by a welcoming open plan area equipped with modern kitchen, dining area and space to relax in front of the log burner. Upstairs there is a master double bedroom with ensuite shower room, second double bedroom, family bathroom and third room. The thirds bedroom is a versatile room comprising Queen double bed with single bed over, truckle pull out bed and space for a travel cot.
Please note this property sleeps 7 people with a maximum or 6 adults due to the top bunk in bedroom 3 only suitable for children.
One dog is permitted in the ground floor only of this property.
Check in is from 4pm. Check out at 10am.
The property is self-catered. The house is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery.
Essentials such as bin liners, dishwasher tablets and basic cleaning supplies are provided for you. Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided, if you suffer from allergies please contact the office for further information.
One dog allowed to the ground floor only, please advise at the time of booking as an additional cost occurs.
