From our family to yours
Habitat First Group is a family-run business. Having launched Lower Mill Estate in The Cotswolds in 1999, the company went on to launch Silverlake, Dorset in 2011 and has a number of other exciting projects in the pipeline, including Birchwood Estate in North Devon.
The Estates combine ecology, architecture and community to help your family to thrive and enjoy a holiday surrounded by nature.
The Paxton family continues to run Habitat First Group to this day and the family touch can be felt in everything that we do.
