Habitat Housekeeping
Our onsite Housekeeping team are always on hand and will ensure everything is taken care of in preparation for you and your guests’ arrival.

As part of Habitat Escapes’ service, we arrange all changeover cleans and also offer our guests the opportunity to upgrade their booking with mid-stay cleans, ensuring your property is in the best possible hands. Deep cleans are also on offer to keep your property spotless. 


Habitat Maintenance
Not only can our maintenance team help with issues that arise during guest stays, to eliminate high call-out charges from engineers, they are also able to provide a maintenance service for small works – whether it be that niggly door handle or an afternoon of mounting photos and art on the wall, to larger jobs such as jet washing and refurbishment works.

Press and PR
We run regular press trips for journalists and last year our dedicated press team achieved over 60 pieces of coverage for our homeowners, with the majority of articles featuring in national titles and for maximum reach. We have a good relationship with many production teams and last year a selection of our properties featured in two prime-time television programmes. We also work with brand ambassadors and social media influencers.

Direct marketing
We send regular e-blasts to our loyal database pushing seasonal promotions, new properties and all the benefits of holidaying with us.

Search and social marketing
We have a dedicated search marketing team who work on social advertising, search and geo-targeting campaigns. We post at least five times a week on social media.

Affiliates
We leave no stone unturned when it comes to affiliate marketing. Your property will be listed across a broad range of mainstream and specialist channels, including Airbnb, VRBO, Olivers Travels and Pets Pyjamas.
