Situated on the edge of Beaumont Village bordering the nature reserve, this three bed cottage of traditional red brick construction with oak beam lintels is a great base for a family holiday. The traditional style of the exterior gives way to a spacious modern interior
This property also benefits from full access to the Activity Hub Membership (subject to completion of safety induction prior to arrival) included in the cost of the accommodation providing you with complimentary access to bikes, canoes, kayaks and stand up paddle boards during your stay.
Please note there are no water based activities between November and February for health and safety reasons i.e. low water temperature, bikes will be available all year round.
Lounge area with recessed wood burning stove and two- two seater settees leads on to the Dining Room with dining for six. There is a double width peninsula fully fitted kitchen.
There is also a downstairs cloakroom.
The master bedroom accommodates a king-size bed with en-suite shower room. There is a second king bedroom, a further bunk bed room and family bathroom with shower over the bath.
There is a driveway with parking for two cars to the side of the property and to the rear there is decking with a small lawned area.
Towels and bed linen provided. Travel cot and high chair available for £10, subject to availability. Please advise at time of booking. Wi-Fi included.
Use of spa and outdoor swimming pool included.
As all our properties are privately owned bedding does differ so if you are allergic to feathers please enquire with the team, you may wish to bring your own bedding.
