Discover one of the temptingly warm 20m heated pools - one indoor and one outdoor, or embrace our outdoor eco-pool, naturally filtered by water lilies. Enjoy a rejuvenating sauna or invigorating steam and then relax in the ‘restful reading’ lounge or recline by the pool.
Please note: Access to the Leisure & Wellness Club is reserved exclusively for homeowners and rental guests staying at a property with club access at Lower Mill Estate.
SWIMMING AT LOWER MILL ESTATE
To help us safely manage capacity and ensure the best possible experience, all guests are required to book their swim slot in advance. Swim slots are released daily at 1030 for the following day. To book your slot, click here. For any questions, call the team on 01285 862 640 or pop in.
The team will do their best to accommodate walk-ins if space permits; however, this cannot be guaranteed, and we strongly recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment. Please see our swim timetable for available slots, or take a tour to discover all of our fantastic facilities.
Alternatively, head to Mill Village for our other outdoor heated pool with changing facilities, open all year round.
If you’re looking for something a bit more energetic, you can achieve your fitness goals in our state-of-the-art Technogym or push your limits by booking a session with one of our qualified personal trainers.
Mill Village pool
Open from 0800 until dusk all year round, the Mill Village pool offers a serene space for a spontaneous morning dip or a refreshing swim beneath the open sky.
Heated to a comfortable 30°C, even in the cooler months, and surrounded by lush greenery, it’s perfect for families, casual swimmers or anyone looking to unwind close to nature. And with no need to book ahead, you can simply turn up, jump in and enjoy.
Please note, the Mill Village pool is unsupervised. Swimmers do so at their own risk.
Treatments
Unwind in one of the nature-themed treatment rooms allowing yourself to be pampered with our ethical range of GAIA treatments. Inspired by GAIA, using organic products created with the finest blends of plant actives and essential oils to meet all skin types’ needs.
Indulge in a rejuvenating facial, a unique poultice massage, or take the weight off your feet with a nourishing pedicure. For mums-to-be, we have our beautifully relaxing Mother GAIA treatments.
Afternoon Tea and Massage Experience
Treat yourself to the ultimate relaxation experience with our afternoon tea and luxury massage for two.
This experience includes access to the Lower Mill Estate Leisure & Wellness Club from 1000-1730 with complimentary use of a robe, a rejuvenating 60-minute bespoke massage and exclusive access to our restful relaxation room where you can savour a delicious afternoon tea served from 1500-1630.
