Bauhinia House is a unique and spacious family home which benefits from a large private garden which is the perfect spot to enjoy a picnic or watch the sun go down. Within the garden you will find your very own trampoline along with ample of outdoor furniture. Finished to the very highest standards and with the best furnishings, this house will provide the perfect accommodation for family and friends to enjoy precious time together. Complete with five bedrooms and three bathrooms and a spectacular open plan living area with stunning views over Swillbrook Lake Nature Reserve we are sure that you will want to stay here again and again.

Entrance hall with plenty of space for coats and boots.

The first double bedroom is to the front of the house with a fitted wardrobe.

The second and third bedrooms are both doubles and face the rear of the house each with access to the ground floor decking and lawned area.  There is an external spiral staircase to the first floor decking.

All three bedrooms have access to the ground floor family shower room, finished with designer fittings and a walk in rain shower.

The first floor showcases the spectacular master bedroom suite complete with modern roll top bath in the bedroom, a separate shower room with double walk in shower.  The large private balcony is the perfect spot for morning coffee. An external spiral staircase leads to the second floor.  TV.

The second bedroom is a bunk-bed room (sleeping three) with TV and ensuite bathroom with shower over and its own private balcony to the front of the house complete with bistro table and swing seat.  This balcony also benefits from a spiral staircase to the second floor terrace.

The top floor is given over to the kitchen, dining and living areas.

The kitchen is fully equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, double electric oven with warming plate, five ring induction hob and an integrated fridge/freezer.  Wine fridge and plenty of storage cupboards and work top space.

Dining for ten around a bespoke wooden table. The sliding glass door provides access to the decking where there is al fresco dining with BBQ.

The open plan living area boasts more fantastic views over the lake with private decks ideal for watching the sun setting. Wood burning stove, TV with Blu-ray player.

Bauhinia House benefits from an exclusive, large garden plot complete with sunken trampoline which provides plenty of space for children to let off steam or those all important family games.
