There are three bedrooms to the ground floor – 2 twin bedrooms separated by a Jack & Jill bathroom, further ground floor king bedroom and family shower room with double walk in shower. The master suite can be found to the second floor with open plan shower room and separate WC.
The living/dining area is located to the first floor taking full advantage of the stunning southerly lake view to the rear. Contemporary style kitchen opening onto main first floor terrace. Cinema room accessed from the kitchen area with the living/dining area to the rear with unparalleled views across the Swillbrook Lake. Upon request we are able to offer the use of the sofa bed for two children in the Cinema Room. This property accommodates up to 8 adults and 2 children.
