Goslings is a semi-detached property set in a traffic free location on Clear Lake. Offering four double bedrooms, two of which are en-suite as well as a separate shower room to the first floor. Twin bedroom and bunk room.

The kitchen offers a good range of cupboards with built-in appliances to include five ring gas hob, double oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer dryer. There is also a separate free standing fridge. Fully equipped to accommodate 12 guests.

Two large sofas, glass table, smart TV as well as a wood burner and hardwood floors overlooking Clearwater Lake. Dining for twelve.

There is a first floor en-suite master bedroom overlooking the lake. There are two further double bedrooms on the first floor as well as a bunk bed room and family bathroom. The second floor comprises one double en-suite bedroom and a twin bedroom. There is also a downstairs WC.

Ground floor lakeside deck provides outdoor dining as well as a balcony to the first floor accessed from two bedrooms.
