There is a beautiful open-plan dining and living area with dining for eight guests and a lounge area to seat seven.
A lovely feature of the property is the enclosed south-facing terraced decking to the rear of the property with table and chairs seating 8 with electric heating and charcoal BBQ. The back decking has stunning views over Somerford Lagoon.
Bath, hand, and tea towels are provided as well as bed linen, bin liners, and dishwasher tablets.
Property is self-catered. The house is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery

Check out during off-peak dates is by 10 am on the day of departure. During peak dates (school holidays) check out is at 9 am.
£500 refundable damage deposit is due the week before your arrival. You will be contacted regarding this.
Travel cot and highchair are available for £10, subject to availability. Please advise at the time of booking. Guests to provide their own linen and mattress for the travel cot.
There is an 11 pm noise curfew on the estate.
There are 3 electric vehicle charging points on the estate that operate on a first come first use basis.
All our properties are non-smoking.
Somerford Lagoon Lake is closed from October – March due to nesting birds. The nearest canoe launch point is located near Mill Village as marked on the Estate Map.
The Somerford Nines (Clearwater 1-9). The private outdoor pool closes after the October half term and does not re-open until Easter.
The outdoor Mill Village pool closes after the October half term and does not re-open until Easter.
The Miss Mouse Trail, run by the activity hub closes for the winter months. This is from 1st November to the Easter holidays.

Finding your Property
When you arrive at the main gates of Lower Mill, please follow the road over the bridge around to the left past some visitor parking, when you reach the 4-way crossroads continue straight on. Follow the road, passing through the two wooden gates until you reach both left and right turnings. Take the road to the right and follow the properties along on your right-hand side until you reach number 69 which is Misty Lodge.
Your parking spot is just past the property on the right-hand side. The parking spot is labelled with the number 69.
