Neptune Lodge is a four-bedroom property that benefits from an enviable position close to the Spa and Ballihoo restaurant. The back decking looks out onto the Water Gardens, a secluded area perfect for enjoying a morning coffee.

Downstairs Neptune Lodge has a kitchen and lounge, fully kitted out with all the cutlery and crockery you will need for your holiday. There is also an additional snug room with a TV perfect for kids. Also on the ground floor you will find a WC.
Upstairs there are four bedrooms. Two double bedrooms with en-suites. A bunk room with retro games console and a twin bedroom with two 2'6 wide. There is also an additional family bathroom.
The two double bedrooms have a coffee table and chairs on their balcony.
This property does not provide a BBQ.
As we take pride in prepping the hot tub for each guest stay the water may not be up to temperature by the time you arrive on site, but rest assured, that the water will be blissfully warm and enjoyable for your second night with us.
Property is self-catered. The house is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery

Normal check-in is from 4 pm. Out of peak season, early check-in of 2 pm may be available (at an additional fee). Please contact our office team to enquire.
Check out during off-peak dates is by 10 am on the day of departure. During peak dates (school holidays) check out is at 9 am.
£500 refundable damage deposit is due the week before your arrival. You will be contacted regarding this.
Travel cot and highchair are available for £10, subject to availability. Please advise at the time of booking. Guests to provide their own linen and mattress for the travel cot.
There is an 11 pm noise curfew on the estate.
There are 3 electric vehicle charging points on the estate that operate on a first come first use basis. 2 are situated in the Water Garden car park.
All our properties are non-smoking.
Somerford Lagoon Lake is closed from October – to March due to nesting birds. The nearest canoe launch point is located near Mill Village as marked on the Estate Map.
The Somerford Nines (Clearwater 1-9). The private outdoor pool closes after the October half term and does not re-open until Easter.
The Miss Mouse Trail, run by the activity hub closes for the winter months. This is from 1st November to the Easter holidays.

Finding your Property
From the Main Entrance, where the security hut is positioned, drive through the gates and cross the first bridge. Take the first right turning you reach and go over the next two bridges in front of you. Immediately on your left-hand side, you will find a car parking area where your property's parking spot is located numbered 1. It is situated next to the communal electric vehicle charging points.
On the right-hand side of the car parking spot, you will find a path that leads to four Water Garden properties, Neptune Lodge is the last of these four properties, found at the end of the path.
To assist you during darker evenings, you would be advised to bring a torch with you as there is no street lighting permitted on the Estate other than low-level lighting.
