The ground floor provides one king-size lakeside ensuite bedroom, one twin bedroom and a family shower room. There are three further bedrooms on the first floor with an en-suite king-size bedroom, a further king-size bedroom as well as a bunk room and separate shower room.

This property boasts three storeys of balconies facing west over Howells Mere.  The top balcony includes a bistro table and chairs and a charcoal BBQ.
