Exciting news, our new Lower Mill Estate Hub is now open!
We are excited to share that our brand-new Estate Hub is open at Lower Mill Estate. Located in the heart of the Estate, just behind Ballihoo, our Hub is a ‘one-stop shop’ for our homeowners and guests to provide information about Lower Mill Estate and the beautiful, surrounding area.
Located in the Cotswolds, Lower Mill Estate has access to many inspiring places to visit. Whether you are looking to soak up some culture, plan a scenic walk or venture further afield on a grand day out, we can help you to make the most of your time with us.

Pop into our reception area and be welcomed by one of the friendly members of the Habitat Escapes team. With a vast knowledge of the Estate and wider area, they will be able to help you to plan your day while you’re staying in one of our luxury lakeside homes. They also have maps of the Estate, more details of what’s on around the Estate and details of places to visit in the local area – from stately homes and chocolate box villages to family adventure parks.

If you’re a homeowner and interested in renting with us, our Habitat Escapes team will be happy to explain how you can rent out your holiday home.
Resales Opportunities
